This session highlights the critical role of data analytics in nursing and emphasizes the necessity for comprehensive understanding and effective utilization of data across all levels of nursing practice. From novice nurses to advanced specialists and healthcare executives, participants will explore various examples, ranging from basic to advanced data analytics and reports. The primary objective is to enhance the competency of the Informatics Nurse Specialists in data analytics, equipping them with the skills needed to drive informed decision-making and improve healthcare outcomes.
Objectives
Nurses may receive 2.0 contact hours (6.0 contact hours if you are attending all workshops) for attending each workshop in its entirety and completing the evaluation.
Nurses will receive their certificate via email from the University of Maryland School of Nursing with 2 – 4 weeks after submitting the completed evaluation.
